You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors or issues with the approved design.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times for custom orders will be provided at the time of order placement.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the defect before authorizing a return or replacement.
