2. CUSTOM ORDERS
2.1 Pre-Production Cancellations

Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund minus any design setup fees.

Once your design has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Returns of Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are defective or were incorrectly produced.

Custom orders with your approved designs, logos, or text are final sale.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 Manufacturing Defects

If you receive products with manufacturing defects (such as misprinted designs, production flaws, or incorrect sizes based on our size chart), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide clear photos of the defects and your order number when reporting issues.

Verified defective products may be eligible for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
3.2 Incorrect Orders

If we ship incorrect items or quantities, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide the correct items as soon as possible.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

If you need a different size or product, a new order will need to be placed.

For defective items, we may offer direct replacement at our discretion.
7. RESTOCKING FEES

Custom orders are not subject to restocking fees as they are generally non-returnable.

For any non-custom items that may be returnable, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
